Month 1: Become the Business Owner
Before building anything, we focus on identity, mindset, and decision-making. You step fully into the role of business owner, learn how to think strategically, and establish the standards and habits that support long-term success. This month sets the internal foundation everything else is built on.
Month 2: Set Up Your Business
This is where structure comes in. We define your offer, clarify your messaging, and put the essential systems in place so your business can function smoothly. You’ll build what you actually need, without overcomplicating or overbuilding.
Month 3: Pre-Launch
With your foundation set, we prepare for launch. You’ll learn how to talk about your offer clearly, build momentum, and create a simple, aligned launch plan. This phase is about confidence, consistency, and readiness.
Month 4: Launch
This is where you put everything into action. You’ll launch your business with support, feedback, and guidance as you go. We focus on execution, refinement, and learning from real-world response so you leave this experience not just launched, but equipped to keep going.
